Welcom to our "table d'hôtes"
Discover all the flavors of the Sancerre but also of Reunion at the table of Gilles and Véronique. After living more than 30 years in Reunion, they share with their hosts all the taste of this cuisine. They also know the recipes of the dishes of the Sancerrois terroir. Thanks to their friendly relations with the local producers as well as with the winegrowers, you can taste quality products that make the reputation of the region. Spend a convivial and full of sharing moment at the table of Prieuré Saint Agnan!
In July and August, Gilles and Véronique don't propose a "table d'hôtes" (except for group of more than 8 people by reservation)

Gilles and Véronique offer a menu at 30 euros with starter, main course, dessert, water and hot drink that you will taste on a table set with silverware and crystal glasses.
A regional wine list is available.
Meals from "terroir"
It is made up of local and seasonal products so that our guests can discover the local gastronomy. It varies according to the market, the seasons and the cravings of Gilles and Veronique.
Among the starters, you can enjoy soups or velvety in the winter, starters made from goat cheese or local delicatessen.
The dishes highlight local recipes such as coq au vin or beef bourguignon.
The Reunionese cuisine is the result of a mixture of Indian, French, Malagasy and Asian influences. It also puts the products in the spotlight and exalts their flavor. Let yourself be initiated by Gilles and Veronique to this cuisine rich in flavor.

In winter, it is possible to plan a simpler meal for your business stays. Don't hesitate to contact us so that we propose a menu that will suit your expectations and your imperatives.
Breakfasts are served in the large dining room on the ground floor.
They include varied breads, pastries, goat cheeses, fruit, homemade jams and yoghurts, Nespresso coffee and Dammann brothers tea.
They are included in the price of the room.
It is a moment of sharing around the large table in the dining room. Again, the terroir and the quality of the products are honored in order to help you to start your day in perfect conditions.
